Oversaw fully permitted construction of +/- 2,000 Sq Ft. Walk-In Refrigerator for Boars Head distributor. Installed (2) Compressors on Roof requiring additional structural steel design and fabrication.

Completed detail restoration of abandoned automotive repair facility. Safely degreased and detail cleaned +/- 16,000 Sq Ft of warehouse, demolished several offices,removed abandoned rooftop equipment, installed several openings in demising wall and expedited project to completion for incoming tenant.
